A Week Of Thoughts (03.02.16)

Well, Ben Higgins from 'The Bachelor' said 'I love you' to two of the three women he led into the fantasy suite. And then, social media and all the writers of multiple outlets that get hundreds of eyes exploded with commentary, hate, love, and imbalanced admiration towards him. Some of the past Bachelors are even writing that they would advise Higgins the other way, but, hey, maybe the ought to give the advice before he goes through his episode, right?

So, I wanted to list some people I feel 'love' for. It varies, and I'm not defending Higgins, I'm just saying that there are different types of love and maybe he's just... mistaking one of them?

RainBridge Family, I love you. As a team, we are strong, fun, and life is exciting! Sure, we don't always flow the same way, but some of us grab boats to stay afloat and follow along in the way the world works. One love, one family, one similar goal. They keep me at the top of my game and I LOVE THEM!!

Friends, I LOVE YOU GUYS!! Everyone needs friends! The more the merrier makes sense despite Sheldon's persistent refusals! I love each brain breaking, heart aching, soul searching moment we are together!! You guys are what keeps me alive and happy, away from depression and very much alive and growing up!!

I LOVE THE COLOR GREEN!!

Chris Pine, I love you. As a celebrity crush, you are amazing! You're tall, handsome, and my friends can't find any dirty or leaked photos of you online. Your team protects you well and you are just so wonderfully upstanding.

K-Pop, you are wonderful. Oh, I guess I don't love it. HAHA. Well, that is just me. Okay, I got to find more things and people and topics to love.

Here is the most recent Podcast Episode from CoTangent!! #cot_agents

And here is the *SPECIAL* Podcast featuring 2 guest for Umbrella Thoughts!!

Do check out The Network Studios!! They are amazing, the owners are awesome, the facility is wonderful, I highly recommend them for podcasting, vodcasting, and everything, even if just bouncing ideas around!

Until next time!!

My Trip 2 Unicorn Island And Beyond (02.11.16)

There is nothing worse than turning on the television and listening to people talk about gossip and rumors, and feeling your brain get stupider with each passing minute. Why is conversation so dead on television? Why isn't anyone saying anything or addressing this issue? Where are we going with the future? And HOW are we equipping our next generation for survival? ... More importantly, how do we stop the bullying and depression among the suicidal next generation of history makers?

These are all questions I ask myself EVERYDAY. I actually have more, but these seem the most relevant to our day and age. I mean, trying to figure out the personas and psychology of the next generation is like working yourself through the Triwizard Maze only to be transported into the Wizard's Chess game, jumping from book 5 to book 1! I mean, how is that useful to those who seek to better the lives of the young wizards and witches of our next generation?! Why would we do that to them?!

Fortunately, by the plan of the Master of the grand design of life, my bestie (a.k.a. MoonLiteWolf) told me Tuesday night that she was taking me somewhere on Wednesday, so I said sure. After walking AROUND and THROUGH and UP and DOWN the TCL in Hollywood, I made it in line for the "DeadPool" screening, waited an hour, AND THEN she found me and got me into the right theater! Truly, those who work the exterior of the event are quite incompetent! I was running around, sweating, in a line filled with men, denied access, and then finally allowed in after ignoring the ignorant and confused staff.

Without expectations or what was to come, not being familiar with the reputation and work of IIsuperwomanII, Lilly Singh, when the documentary started, I was hooked upon meeting my fine feathered friend. I found that she was JUST LIKE ME, but willing to be in front of the camera. Her story is inspirational, her team was not film and production savvy, so it seemed, but everything came together and she survived her world tour, and then returned home to continue on with her mission and goal to make others happy. I found her encouraging, a bit daft and gregarious, but also a fun-living kind of crazy.

Afterwards, while eating and talking and walking with Moon, she asked for my honest opinion and, though I had some issues with how this documentary was shot and certain cuts I didn't agree with (cut me some slack! i'm a filmmaker with a different style!), I did admit that she touched on my dream job. Personally, for me, I'm someone who wants to find talent and help them reach that status. I want to find someone to invest my time, efforts, blood-sweat-&tears in so that when they succeed, I can say that they are my success. I don't care about being in front of the camera, but I wanna make original content that stands out and SAYS SOMETHING!!! That ENCOURAGES PEOPLE!!! That gets real stuff out there.

And then... I realized that, well, I already am. I'm just not where she is at because I'm doing everything from behind the camera, from behind the scripts and slates, I'm holding the boom mics and editing. Although I'm not seen, everything that is put out there for RainBridge Studios is me... is something I'm passionate about. And that I just have to keep working at what I'm doing to, hopefully, inspire and change the world.

And just to share some added excitement, Moon and I saw and met then took a selfie with Lindsey Stirling at the premiere!! And here's our selfie!!

She was very cool and sweet!! Isn't she adorable?!?! I thought so!! So tiny and petite in reality!!

As usual, comment, suggest, and check in with me for more stuff. I'm excited to announce that Rain Bridge Studios will be coming out with some original content that is SURE to make you love us more! The CoTangent is soon coming up on the 1 year anniversary, so look forward to a little something special for that!! And Umbrella Thoughts will soon tackle the topic of D.A.R.E. and bullying, so lots to prep for and gathering the forces for that! (Hopefully, Superwoman herself can joins us for the conversation...???) I'm prepping for a documentary called "Ironman" and there's another reaction video on the horizon, I believe? So much to do!! So little time to sleep!!

Oh, if you've read this far, great! If not, well... to those of you who did, please advise me on something!! So... I talk to strangers like I talk to friends because I was taught to treat others the way I want to be treated. My buddy, Moon, recently told me how not everyone thinks that way and that it's usually AWKWARD when that happens. I want to know... how many of you can talk to strangers and how many of you think it's weird? You can leave comments here or email me!! I look forward to your answers!!

Tea ForeCasts (02.05.16)

I'm no one special. Truly, there is nothing special about me. My outlook on life may be a bit strange and my way of expressing my emotions may be a bit extreme, but... I am still just a me that you perceive and you wish to. There's nothing I can do about how you choose to see me. And, now that I'm 30, I have to release the overbearing desire to do just that; control how you see me.

Fudge it. Why should I waste my time on something that will never happen? Instead... let's be free.

Think of the possibilities coming up! Are you excited? I kinda am. Let me tell you why.

I absolutely LOVED "Intouchables" and, well, once you watch it, you'll see why! But, that was a French movie about buddies from different worlds. (You have to watch the trailer to keep up with me!!) Now, America has made "Me Before You" and, after watching the TRAILER, I am soooo... EXCITED to see it! It features the adorable Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin! I love those two's talents separately and can't wait to see them share the big screen! Think of it as a Nancy Meyers film with old souls in young bodies. Isn't it romantic?

I'm putting aside some of my hiatus projects and keeping them there as I start a new YA urban/fantasy fiction. I want to make it a series but I can also end it whenever. I'm hoping to go places with this one, for sure!! It is based in Los Angeles, so that's always fun! I utilize my knowledge and have been researching like crazy to see what I can do and where I can go with the stories! I'm excited about it. It ties together a lot of what I want to make and the world I want to create. I just hope the readers are still out there. And i do know, for a fact, that it will make a compelling film. Maybe it's because I'm more of a filmmaker than an author, but I know how it's supposed to look and, believe me when I say, it will be my best debut as an author yet!! For now, keep on the look out for 'Resonance: Gate & Gatekeeper'!! Sounds like quite the story, right?? I can barely stop writing it, so I'm sure hoping my readers will barely be able to put it down!

For Umbrella Thoughts, we're getting ready for another intense and educational episode. We should feature the wonderful Celso along with Chris and myself (Tea), and we're hoping a rep from D.A.R.E. will come aboard and we can talk about their program, what they're doing, how to do more, and bullying in schools and life. It'll be exciting, so keep an eye out!! As for the usual podcast, CoTangent, here is the most recent episode from Ed & me!

I probably shouldn't say anything yet, but my small team and I recently pitched an Asian drama series to AMC. A bit over two years ago, we started pitching it. We went from Showtime to HBO to Starz to Fox 21 to Lionsgate and yesterday, we were at AMC. It's been SUCH a trip and even if we don't sell it, I have gained more experience than I thought possible. So, bless my lucky stars and thanks the Lord for the doors He had opened for us regardless  of what happens. Because, in the pitch room, we received the initial 'yes' and it wasn't until later that it was passed on. But now, with diversity being such an issue that is trending, I feel it has a chance. Know what I mean?! DIVERSITY!!!

Funzors And Sunzors!! From a PineNut !!

Here's the core gang reacting again and laughing again, ringing in the new year with new funs, new videos, and... I gotta say that I love the Rain Bridge family. They're just... THAT much fun! These people, my team of friends, it's an honor to have my two best friends in this video with me and 2 more close friends with more still to join us!!

As of now, I wanted to also share this video because... Well, everyone, this is my celebrity crush. He is the reason I went to Tacos Delta in Silverlake/Los Feliz and we tried it! It was good but not amazing. But, as it goes, celebrity crushes are just that... a crush on a celebrity that will crush you one day. Oh well. Enjoy!!

Funny Story:  FIRST MEAL I hate coming back from 2 weeks in China, after all the food I ate and people I saw, experiences I've had, and etc., and my friend and I went for Mexica Food! El Torito in Burbank, to be precise. You know what I mean? It's just... there's NO WHERE that has the flavor of Mexican food!! And there is NO WAY to eat that in China. ... As many spices, plants, fruits, vegetables, roots, and creatures Chinese people cook up and eat,... they don't have what it takes to make Mexican food. ... So sad.

The Danish Girl and Clip!

"The Danish Girl" was AMAZING!! Eddie Redmayne was stunning and Alicia Vikander was stunning in this film!

What an amazing performance from Eddie Redmayne!! I was in love, enthralled, and invoked the entire time!! Oh, my gosh, he DESERVES that Oscar nomination, for sure!! I've never really watched him but he is positively mesmerizing! I loved it! And Alicia Vikander was stunning in this film! I watched her previous work and wasn't that into it, but she was stunning and amazing in this film! Not only did I sympathize with her, but I also wanted to say that THE GIRL CAN ACT!! I'm impressed!! Look forward to Chris and me gushing about it in our next Umbrella Thoughts segment!!

CoTangent has a new episode up!! A video is coming, soon!!!

Here's a recenter video of My peeps and I reacting!! Hope you enjoy!!

Star Wars and Podcast #43 (No Spoilers)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

As a fan and audience member who watched for story the first time through, I rather ENJOYED that film. I mean, sure, it was a somewhat repeat of ALL the stories before it, held no real great CG work that hadn't been done by its prequels, and left a lot to be desired, but if I knew nothing of film and what goes into a film, how things are done, and how it could have been better, then I really wouldn't have anything to say except that I enjoyed it and it felt well-placed. A good sequel indeed.

Here is the CoTangent Podcast Episode #43! Enjoy this before you go on... It should perk you up some!

As a writer and director, I am so DISAPPOINTED in this film. I will NOT write about it here and now. Mainly because I want to better formulate this part. But please check out our podcast and Youtube videos. Don't get sick! Take care! And do look forward to my review. I will hold nothing back... because how else will they get better, right? But I did see it twice so far... Maybe one more time...
